the MTB route to Chouffe
Technical, challenging and incredibly beautiful — this route to Chouffe is our absolute favourite. You ride through varied terrain: from an exciting stream descent in a pine forest to rolling meadows and several stream crossings.
A challenging ride for those who love a bit of action, nature, and a well-deserved Chouffe at the end. Must ride!
pure Ardennes adventure!
Do you love steep climbs, fast descents, and plenty of variety? Then this loop is really for you. You ride through dense forests, over narrow singletracks, and past beautiful views — typically Ardennes!
The route is challenging, but manageable for those with some experience. Along the way, you'll find technical sections, but also delightful flow. Perfect to combine with a lunch stop in Houffalize or at Camping C&P Buitensport.
The green route
The green MTB route from Bertogne is ideal for those who enjoy a sporty ride through the heart of the Ardennes, without having to go all out immediately. The course winds over quiet forest paths and open fields, with a few steep climbs and some nice descents here and there. Along the way, you can enjoy beautiful views over the Ardennes landscape and the typical tranquility of the region.
